The delivery was on time, no delay! The hair itself is rough, but after washing it in warm water, condition, airdrop, then blow dry, IT CAME THE MOST SOFT HAIR EVER. I was shocked because I didn’t think the hair could get that soft! Love it, I order another batch!

This is some of the BEST synthetic hair I’ve ever used on my head. The hair application process was so quick and easy and the hair is SO beautiful and natural looking. I have a sensitive scalp and tend to itch with hair extensions but with these there is NO itch and NO irritance at all. Shipping took almost 2 weeks from the UK to New Zealand. The hair is very durable and appealing to the eye. It looks like sew in bundles. Only downside is that it does shed quite a lot which is to be expected as it is made out of synthetic fibre. I will definitely be coming back to buy more!
